Moving Tips

• If you are moving into an apartment building, figure out whether it is required to reserve the elevator and whether there are any blocked off days for moving.
• If you are going to use a security system, or already have one installed in the house then set it up the day of the move.
• While it is not required by law in some states, be sure to do an in person walk-through with your landlord before moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
