Moving Tips

• Keep a few pairs of clothes with you so that you can change if you need to.
• If you are moving into an apartment building, find out whether it is necessary to reserve an elevator and if there are any restricted days for moving.
• While it is not required by law in some states, make sure to do an in person walk-through with your landlord prior to moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
