• Before starting to pack furniture up, be sure to create copies of crucial documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a safe place.
• If you want to stay organized, create a moving checklist and actually follow it.
• While this may seem like just another thing that’s added to your plate, get copies made of all of the keys prior to you move. In all of the chaos of the move it would be easy to lose a key, and that is the last thing you want to deal with on your moving day.
