Moving Tips

• No matter what a mover tells you, it is federal law for them to hold your items.
• If you are moving into an apartment building, figure out if it is necessary to reserve the elevator and whether there are any blackout days for moving.
• You will need to set up a forwarding address for your mail so that your mail go to your new apartment. You can do this on the USPS website.
