Moving Tips

• Before beginning to pack things up, make sure to make copies of vital documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a safe place.
• If your landlord gave you a moving-out checklist be sure to take care of all the items on the Check.
• If you are moving into an apartment, find out if it is required to reserve an elevator and if there are any blackout days for moving.
