• While no one enjoys helping others move, if you ask your friends or family for help well before then they will be more willing to help you out.
• You may feel pressured to just donate or toss all of the food in your house, but a number of items like olive oil and other ingredients should come with you.
• As you get closer to a move start to unclutter your cupboards and donate any food to local homeless shelters.
