• Prior to the move, figure out what grocery stores are nearby, as well as pharmacies if necessary.
• You may feel inclined to just donate or toss all of the food items in your house, but a number of items like olive oil and other ingredients can and should come with you.
• Check the weather for your moving day and plan for whatever type of weather is forecasted for that day.
