• Regardless of what a mover tells you, it is federal law for them to hold your belongings.
• While it is not necessary by law in some states, be sure to do an in-person go-over with your landlord prior to moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
• Be sure to check the weather for your moving day and plan for whatever type of weather is forecasted for that day.
