• If you are moving into an apartment building, figure out whether it is necessary to reserve an elevator and whether there are any banned days for moving.
• You will need to have a forwarding address for your mail so that your bills go to your new house. You can do this on the USPS website.
• As you get nearer to the move start to clean your drawers and donate any food to local homeless shelters.
