• While it is not necessary by law in some states, be sure to do an in-person walk-through with your landlord before moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
• If your friends or family are helping you you move then be sure to get them some food and drinks.
• Before you begin to pack belongings up, make sure to create copies of crucial documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a safe place.
