• If you aren't going to bring certain pieces of furniture with you then try to put them up for sale or donate them.
• Before you begin to pack possessions up, be sure to make copies of documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a safe place.
• Fill your prescriptions (if you can) before you move so that you won’t have to worry about transferring your prescriptions.
