Moving Tips

• Before you begin to pack things up, make sure to make copies of documents like birth certificates and tax returns and keep them in a safe place.
• After all of your belongings are out of your home be sure to do a deep clean. This is especially important if you are a renter.
• While it is not required by law in some states, make sure to do an in person walk-through with your landlord before moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
