• Research what internet and cable companies are in your new state or city before you move. It will help to know what service you want in your new apartment before you move.
• Be sure to research what doctors are in your new city or state, and whether they accept your insurance.
• You will need to set up a forwarding address for your mail so that your bills and other pieces of mail go to your new apartment. You can do this on the USPS website.
