Moving Tips

• Before you begin to pack things up, make sure to make copies of crucial documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a secure place.
• Fill prescriptions (if you can) before you move so that you won’t have to worry about transferring your prescriptions.
• If you are moving into an apartment building, figure out if it is necessary to reserve an elevator and whether there are any blackout days for moving.
