• Before starting to pack furniture up, be sure to create copies of vital documents like birth certificates and tax returns and keep them in a safe place.
• Make sure to check the weather for your moving day and plan for whatever type of weather is forecasted for that day.
• If you are going to use a security system, or already have one installed in the house then set it up the day of the move.
