Moving Tips

• If you are moving into an apartment building, find out if it is necessary to reserve an elevator and if there are any banned days for moving.
• While you might want to unpack everything in one day, be sure to start with fragile items and furniture that you plan on using in the next day or so.
• You will need to have a forwarding address for your mail so that your mail go to your new apartment. You can do this on the USPS website.
