Moving Tips

• If you are moving into an apartment building, figure out if it is necessary to reserve the elevator and whether there are any blocked off days for moving.
• While this may seem like just another thing that’s added to your plate, make copies of all of the keys before you move. In all of the chaos of the move it would be easy to lose a key, and that is the last thing you want to deal with on your moving day.
• Make sure to label all of the boxes in a manner that will make sense to you when you are moved in.
