Moving Tips

• If your landlord gave you a moving-out checklist be sure to take care of all the items on the Be sure to check.
• If you are moving into an apartment building, figure out if it is necessary to reserve the elevator and whether there are any banned days for moving.
• While this may seem like just another thing that’s added to your plate, get copies made of all of the keys before you move. In all of the chaos of the move it would be easy to lose a key, and that is the last thing you want to deal with on your moving day.
