• Before starting to pack possessions up, be sure to make copies of important documents like birth certificates and tax returns and keep them in a safe place.
• While no one likes to help others move, if you ask your friends or family for help well in advance then they will be more apt to help you out.
• While this may seem like just another thing that’s added to your plate, make copies of all of the keys prior to you move. In all of the chaos of the move it would be easy to misplace a key, and that is the last thing you want to deal with on your moving day.
