Moving Tips

• While this may seem like just another thing that’s added to your plate, make copies of all of the keys prior to you move. In all of the chaos of the move it would be easy to lose a key, and that is the last thing you want to deal with on your moving day.
• Before you begin to pack items up, be sure to make copies of documents like birth certificates and tax returns and keep them in a safe place.
• If you are moving into an apartment, find out if it is necessary to reserve an elevator and if there are any banned days for moving.
