Moving Tips

• Place blankets or pads on the floor when moving large furniture. This will make sure that you don't damage the floors during the move.
• If you are moving into an apartment, figure out if it is required to reserve the elevator and whether there are any blackout days for moving.
• Most people move May and September. This is because May and September are warmer, which makes moving much easier.
