Moving Tips

• If you are moving into an apartment building, find out whether it is necessary to reserve the elevator and if there are any banned days for moving.
• You may feel inclined to just toss all of the food in your house, but a number of items like olive oil and other ingredients can and should come with you.
• Before beginning to pack items up, make sure to create copies of important documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a secure place.
