Moving Tips

• Right after all of your belongings are out of your apartment be sure to do a deep clean. This is extra important if you are a renter.
• If you are moving into an apartment building, find out whether it is necessary to reserve the elevator and whether there are any banned days for moving.
• While it is not necessary by law in some states, make sure to do an in person walk through with your landlord prior to moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
