• Make sure to research which medical professionals are in your new state or city, and whether they take your health plan.
• If you are moving into an apartment building, find out if it is necessary to reserve the elevator and if there are any blocked off days for moving.
• If you are going to use a security system, or already have one installed in the house then set it up the day of the move.
