Moving Tips

• No matter what a moving company tells you, it is federal law for them to keep your furniture.
• While it is not required by law in some states, be sure to do an in person go-over with your landlord prior to moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
• Before beginning to pack things up, make sure to make copies of important documents like birth certificates and tax returns and keep them in a safe place.
