• As you get closer to the move begin to unclutter your pantry and donate any food to local food pantries.
• While no one enjoys helping others move, if you ask your friends or family for help well in advance then they will be more apt to help you out.
• You may feel pressured to just toss all of the food items in your house, but a number of items like olive oil and other ingredients can and should come with you.
