Moving Tips

• While you might want to unpack everything in one day, be sure to start with fragile items and things that you plan on using in the next day or so.
• While it is not necessary by law in some states, be sure to do an in-person walk through with your landlord prior to moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
• Before beginning to pack items up, be sure to make copies of crucial documents like birth certificates and tax returns and keep them in a safe place.
