Moving Tips

• Take inventory of all of your valuable possessions with any serial numbers also.
• Before you start to pack belongings up, be sure to make copies of crucial documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a secure place.
• While it is not necessary by law in some states, make sure to do an in person walk through with your landlord prior to moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
