Moving Tips

• You will need to set up a forwarding address for your mail so that your bills and other pieces of mail go to your new place. You can do this on the USPS website.
• Before starting to pack belongings up, be sure to make copies of important documents like birth certificates and tax returns and keep them in a safe place.
• While it is not required by law in some states, make sure to do an in person walk-through with your landlord before moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
