• It may sound silly but make sure to return any items you borrowed before you start the move.
• If you are going to use a security system, or already have one installed in the house then set it up the day of the move.
• Before you start to pack furniture up, be sure to make copies of crucial documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a safe place.
