• If you are going to use a security system, or already have one installed in the house then set it up the day of the move.
• Before moving your furniture in do a walk-through of your house so that you can get a plan of action for where everything will go.
• Ahead of moving, find out which grocery stores are close by, as well as pharmacies if you need one.
