• While no one likes to help others move, if you ask your friends for help well in advance then they will be more willing to help you out.
• If you are moving into an apartment building, figure out whether it is necessary to reserve an elevator and if there are any blocked off days for moving.
• Make sure to research what doctors are in your new city, and whether they accept your health plan.
