• You may feel pressured to just donate or toss all of the food in your house, but a number of items like olive oil and other ingredients can and should come with you.
• Remember to enjoy yourself! It may not be fun to have to move but if you stop and at least try to enjoy yourself then it will make the whole process go more smoothly.
• Be sure to look into which medical professionals are in your new city or state, and if they take your insurance.
