Moving Tips

• Before starting to pack things up, make sure to create copies of important documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a secure place.
• While it is not required by law in some states, make sure to do an in-person walk-through with your landlord prior to moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
• Most all people move the months of May and September. This is because these months are warmer, which makes moving easier.
