• Before you begin to pack furniture up, be sure to make copies of vital documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a safe place.
• As you get nearer to moving start to declutter your cupboards and donate any food to local food pantries.
• You will need to set up a forwarding address for your mail so that your bills and other pieces of mail go to your new place. You can do this on the USPS website.
