• You will need to have a forwarding address for your mail so that your letters and packages go to your new place. You can do this on the USPS website.
• Start collecting moving supplies long before the move.
• If you are moving into an apartment, figure out whether it is required to reserve an elevator and whether there are any banned days for moving.
