Moving Tips

• Before you begin to pack things up, make sure to create copies of vital documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a safe place.
• While it is not necessary by law in some states, make sure to do an in-person walk through with your landlord prior to moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
• Be sure to label all of the boxes in a manner that will make sense to you when you are unpacking.
