• If you are going to use a security system, or already have one installed in the house then set it up the day of the move.
• Start by packing rooms that you do not use that often and end the packing process with rooms like the kitchen.
• You will need to set up a forwarding address for your mail so that your mail go to your new place. You can do this on the USPS website.
