• Take photos of all of your valuable items with any serial numbers as well.
• If you plan on packaging up some of your possessions into your car then make sure it is clean well before the day of the move.
• Before you start to pack belongings up, be sure to create copies of vital documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a safe place.
