• It may sound silly but make sure to return any borrowed items before beginning moving.
• Before beginning to pack furniture up, be sure to make copies of important documents like birth certificates and tax returns and keep them in a safe place.
• While no one enjoys helping others move, if you ask your family or friends for help well in advance then they will be more willing to help you out.
