Moving Tips

• If your landlord gave you a moving-out check-list be sure to take care of all the items on the Check.
• Before you start to pack furniture up, make sure to make copies of important documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a secure place.
• If you are moving into an apartment building, find out if it is necessary to reserve an elevator and whether there are any blocked off days for moving.
