• A good way to alleviate some stress from moving is by learning about your new community.
• If you want to stay on task, create a moving list and follow it.
• Remember to enjoy yourself! It may not be a ton of fun to have to move but if you stop and at least try to enjoy yourself then it will make the whole process go more smoothly.
