• If your landlord gave you a moving-out list be sure to take care of all the items on the Double check.
• Be sure to research which doctors are in your new city or state, and whether they take your insurance plan.
• You will need to have a forwarding address for your mail so that your bills and other pieces of mail go to your new house. You can do this on the USPS website.
