• You will need to set up a forwarding address for your mail so that your letters and packages go to your new home. You can do this on the USPS website.
• While you may want to unpack everything in one day, be sure to start with fragile items and possessions that you plan on using in the next day or so.
• Before beginning to pack things up, be sure to make copies of documents like birth certificates and tax returns and keep them in a secure place.
