Moving Tips

• Before you begin moving in, be sure that you clean up the home a bit.
• While it is not necessary by law in some states, make sure to do an in-person walk-through with your landlord prior to moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
• You will need to have a forwarding address for your mail so that your bills and other pieces of mail go to your new home. You can do this on the USPS website.
