• If you are moving into an apartment, figure out whether it is required to reserve the elevator and whether there are any blackout days for moving.
• You will need to have a forwarding address for your mail so that your letters go to your new apartment. You can do this on the USPS website.
• No matter what a moving company tells you, it is the law for them to hold your things.
