• When sorting through your clothes be sure to put aside any clothing that you no longer want and donate them to a local charity.
• Before beginning to pack possessions up, make sure to create copies of vital documents like birth certificates and tax returns and keep them in a secure place.
• While it is not necessary by law in some states, make sure to do an in-person go-over with your landlord prior to moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
