Moving Tips

• Remember to enjoy yourself! It may not be particularly fun to have to move but if you stop and at least try to enjoy yourself then it will make the whole process go more smoothly.
• While it is not required by law in some states, be sure to do an in-person walk-through with your landlord before moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
• Before you start to pack things up, make sure to make copies of important documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a secure place.
