• Before starting to pack furniture up, be sure to make copies of documents like birth certificates and tax returns and keep them in a safe place.
• Fill prescriptions (if you can) before you move so that you won’t have to worry about transferring all your prescriptions.
• If you aren't going to bring any of your furniture with you then try to put them up for sale.
