• Before moving your belongings in do a walk-through of your apartment so that you can get a plan of action for where everything will go.
• As you get closer to the move start to declutter your cupboards and donate any food to local charities.
• You may feel inclined to just donate or toss all of the food items in your house, but a number of items like olive oil and other ingredients can come with you.
